CLT Pros provides outdoor construction and enhancement services including—but not limited to—hardscaping, drainage solutions, concrete installation, and grading. While our primary service areas include Charlotte, NC and nearby communities, we proudly accept projects outside this region when feasible. If you’re located beyond our standard coverage, we encourage you to reach out—we evaluate each opportunity based on scope, location, and fit.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided free of charge following an initial consultation or site visit. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing may be fixed, hourly, or project-based depending on the scope and materials involved. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Payment Terms

We accept payments via credit card, check, and electronic transfer. A deposit is typically required to secure your project on our schedule. Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur fees. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms outlined in your project agreement.

Scheduling and Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimated based on current workload, weather conditions, and material availability. We strive to begin and complete work as scheduled, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified promptly of any changes.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing clear access to the job site, securing necessary permits (unless otherwise arranged), and maintaining open communication throughout the project. Any delays caused by site inaccessibility or lack of approvals may affect the timeline and cost.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule a project with at least 72 hours’ notice. Cancellations made after this window may result in forfeiture of the deposit. CLT Pros reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, material delays, or other operational needs.

Liability and Warranty

CLT Pros is committed to delivering high-quality workmanship. We offer a limited warranty on labor and materials, the specifics of which are outlined in your project agreement. We are not liable for damages caused by misuse, neglect, or third-party interference after project completion.

Intellectual Property

Designs, plans, and project photos created by CLT Pros remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. We may use project images for marketing or portfolio purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage open dialogue to reach a resolution. If necessary, disputes will be governed by the laws of North Carolina and resolved through mediation or arbitration in Mecklenburg County.

Modifications to Terms

CLT Pros may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
