First-Time Homeowner Discount — Full Terms
- Offer is available to first-time homeowners only. A first-time homeowner is defined as a person who has not previously owned residential property in their name.
- 10% discount applies to any single project with a total cost under $10,000 (before tax). Discount is calculated on total project cost and applied at invoice.
- $2,500 flat discount applies to any single project with a total cost over $20,000 (before tax). Discount is applied at invoice prior to contract signing.
- Projects between $10,000 and $20,000 do not qualify for this promotion at this time.
- Offer is valid for CLT Pros service area only: Mecklenburg, Union, York (SC), Cabarrus, and Gaston counties.
- Limited to one use per household. Not transferable.
- Cannot be combined with any other promotion, referral credit, or discount.
- CLT Pros reserves the right to verify first-time homeowner status prior to applying the discount.
